These Terms & Conditions (“Terms,” “Notice”) provide public information about how COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC CENTER (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses communication channels and manages client/individual communications. These Terms are informational only and do not replace or modify any binding agreements you may enter into with us (such as a Services Agreement, Business Associate Agreement (if applicable), or Statement of Work).

1. Purpose of This Notice

This Notice is intended to be transparent about:

  • How we communicate operationally and support-wise with our clients and contacts.
  • What types of messages may be sent via SMS, voice, or other messaging platforms (including RingCentral).
  • General expectations for communications and, when applicable, high-level HIPAA/BAA considerations (if we serve health-industry clients).
2. Communication Practices

We may use a variety of channels for operational, service delivery, support and scheduling communications, including:

  • Email
  • Phone calls / voice messages
  • SMS/text messaging
  • RingCentral messaging, chat or voice (via our account)
  • Ticketing system notifications / portal alerts
  • Appointment or scheduling reminders

These communications are intended to support service delivery, provide updates (such as incident/outage notifications), scheduling, onboarding, etc. Message frequency will vary based on your service package, onboarding status and support activity.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Disclosures

If you provide your mobile phone number through a form, support ticket, onboarding process or by communicating with us, you may receive SMS/text messages from COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC CENTER. These may include:

  • Support ticket updates
  • Appointment or scheduling reminders
  • System outage or incident notifications
  • Verification or authentication messages
  • Routine business updates

Message and data rates may apply as per your mobile carrier.

Opt-out instructions: Reply “STOP” at any time to opt out of future SMS communications. For assistance, reply “HELP” or contact [insert email or phone].
We do not sell or rent your mobile number for marketing purposes. Number and SMS consent information may be shared only with trusted service providers (such as RingCentral) strictly for message delivery.

4. HIPAA / BAA Public Notice (if applicable)

If COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC CENTER acts as a Business Associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement with a Covered Entity:

  • We will not use SMS/text messaging to transmit Protected Health Information (PHI) except where expressly permitted under the signed BAA and with appropriate secure configuration.
  • PHI is processed only through approved secure systems (for example, encrypted email, Microsoft 365 with compliance controls, ticketing system with appropriate security).
  • This Notice does not replace any signed BAA; the BAA governs the full handling of PHI and obligations of the parties.
5. Not a Service Agreement

This Notice:

  • Does not define pricing or fees for services.
  • Does not create or modify support obligations, deliverables or service levels.
  • Does not override or replace any formal agreement you have entered into (such as a Master Services Agreement or Statement of Work).

Your use of our services is governed by the formal contract(s) you signed.

6. Delivery Limitations

Electronic communications (SMS, email, voice, chat) are subject to limitations beyond our control, including:

  • Carrier delays or failures
  • Network outages or connection problems
  • Filtering by spam controls or firewalls

COMPREHENSIVE DIAGNOSTIC CENTER is not responsible for delayed, blocked or undelivered messages.

7. Updates to This Notice

We may update or revise this Notice as our communication practices, regulatory obligations or vendor operations evolve. We will post any changes on our website with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued receipt of our communications after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Notice.
